Lakeland is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Lakeland follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Rooms were great only issue I had was the fact when we booked our reservations it said breakfast was included. The next morning we come down for breakfast and are seated the lady says it is cooked to order. (Alright a little weird, but ok). We order and after are given a bill for the food. Had no problem paying, just wish it was a little more honest about the fact we were getting charged for breakfast when the reservation said it was complimentary.

I had a very good experience at Hilton Garden Inn Lakeland. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was professional and welcoming, and the location was convenient. The staff made the stay pleasant, and everything was well organized. I would recommend this hotel for both business and family travel.

I was kind of forced to get a room here last minute being 3 hours away because my flight left early next morning. I have mobility issues so I had to get the handicap room. I liked it... But there were some mechanical issues in the beds looked a little disheveled... For the price I was paying for the room I expected the beds perfectly made... They weren't. The shower wand hose was not tight and sprayed all over instead of out of the handheld. I was able to fix that using washcloths to grip the fixture/ hose and tighten. The bathroom partially flooded every time you took a shower because of the pitch going away from the shower opening... I had to place towels across the shower entry. It was Very convenient having a restaurant and bar. Of course I wish it was a little bit less pricey for room. I reported the issues, .. did not receive any compensation for troubles just a sorry.

The hotel is great. Well laid out. Business friendly. We were here for a seminar and did not use the hotel as a resting facility. So I can't speak about the rooms, but my first impression would have to say that they are nice and accommodating. Handicap friendly throughout.
